Title: Has anyone used the Multi CRTC Selector on PCB Way.
Post by: Rabs on 18:06, 23 January 25
Has anyone used the PCB Way Multi CRTC Selector (https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/multi_crtc_selector_for_amstrad_cpc_464_664_6128_2ca49a09.html)?

I can see someone has created a PCB to select 1 of the 3 CRTC Types (0,1 and 2) via a power jumper and I can also see an old post on the subject, Old Post about changing the CRTC (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/amstrad-cpc-hardware/changing-crtc/).

I have some concerns about whether it will work, so wondered if anyone has any experience regarding this method of selecting the CRTC types?

I am concerned about the physical fit under the keyboard and also about having multiple CRTCs attached to the pins even if not powered.

Thanks

Rabs
