Is it possible to use the plus cartridge as a rom box?
I am messing on with Winape and have a parados & basic on rom, but cannot get any other rom, such as utopia to initialise. From what I understand, the cartridge is in rom spaces 128+, and the asic does some jiggery pokery with dos and basic for compatibility, but is there a way to get the other roms initialised (for example in a 256k cart?)

Yes, but for that you need a modified system cartridge.
