I have tried to connect the 464 to a different tv (Usually I use a LCD tv from Samsung) using the same SCART cable and on the Samsung CRT TV the image is B/W , is there anything I can do? Thanks
Is it a powered cable (e.g. you connect it into the 5v line as well)? This helps to switch the TV to RGB mode.

It's not powered. I see, so maybe I am gonna have to try a powered one
Does the affected TV set has a button on the remote or on the set itself to switch to RGB input?

I don't think so
A typical issue with the unpowered Scart cables. They worked well in the past on CRTs and also older LCDs often work but in my personal experience many more recent TVs and even Scart2HDMI adapters need a powered cable to recognize the RGB switch.
provide the exact CRT TV model
Also, I believe not all CRTs with a SCART socket have RGB. Does the CRT have multiple sockets?
