Hello! I have a Problem with my Schneider CPC 464 in the Video is the Problem showed!

That's what happens when the sync signal doesn't get through to the monitor.

Try cleaning the contacts in the monitor socket of the CPC. If that doesn't help you've a break in the curly wire and you'll need to replace it. It may also be bad solder joints on the monitor socket, so check that first too.
