Any tips on cleaning the older style 464 keyboards (tall keys) , particularly the rust?

Unfortunately, the only way to repair the rust is to completely remove everything from the metal plate, sand it down and re-spray it.

Thanks, guessed as much. 3 CPCs to do first two look rusty not looked at the third yet. Day 2 of getting the rust of the first one, so may be a while :)
