Unusual screen

For the last few weeks when I first switch on the 6128 Plus here (with Rombox) I get the screen shown in the video, a soft reset and everything is back to normal. It doesn't seem to cause any problems but I'm curious as to what is happening - any ideas?

It's not broken, it just hasn't been fixed yet.

You've got ROM0 or ROM7 activated and it's clashing with the internal ROM perhaps?
