Wanted a 40009 Rom file to burn to Eprom Please.
and if any body has a checksum for the 40009 rom.

Hi there! :)

You mean the 32K ROM of the CPC464 with Firmware and BASIC (English), right?

Do you need the 32 KB file or the EPROM (to replace the ROM)?

You can easily make it yourself with the ROMs here:
http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/ROM_List

40009 (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Amstrad_part_numbers) is BIOS and Basic for 464 in English.

So append this (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/imgs/0/0f/OS_464.zip) and this (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/imgs/4/4a/BASIC_1.0.zip) and you have the same as the 40009.
