Old & new 464 keyboard compatible?

Is it possible to put whole new flat keyboard 464 into casing with old keyboard version?
I mean is it pins on foil are the same, and places for screw?

It depends how old "old" is. The very old keyboards didn't have a foil connector, they had wires and a plastic connector at the PCB. If both have foil connectors, then they are interchangeable.
