What pin into the PCW ASIC determines if the display is 50hz or 60Hz?

I see it is a readable input. But which pin is this related to?

The reason I ask?

On the Atari ST it is possible to switch 50hz/60hz at an exact time to open the lower border.
If this is programmable on the pcw, perhaps this is also possible?
