Title: Dead Island by Nicolas Gerard & Nicolas Samuel
Post by: ComSoft6128 on 07:49, 23 June 23
1994 unreleased French game.
In this video I use the solution provided by 'Kukulcan' to walkthru (runthru!) the first part of the game.

From CPCPOWER:
"Dead Island is an adventure game that appeared too late to attempt a commercial experience. It is composed of graphics in MODE 1 (4 colors), and a syntactic analyzer (rather slow) for the operations to be carried out. It is composed of 4 DSK, and filled with many graphics."

an aspect ratio of 4:3 so you may wish to adjust your viewing device accordingly.

Now that's an interesting one... Pretty ambitious (and late).

Aye I assume the demise of Amstrad Cent Pour Cent in 1993 had the same negative effect that the closure of Amstrad Action had here - the cessation of game (and other) development.
