Maximum Size would be a "modern" Laptop, you would have to redesign the PCB to a smaller form factor ( @TotO already made one I think ;) ) and DEFINITELY shrink the keyboard and lower the weight (well, you obviously cut the tape drive, so it would be lighter anyway).

Result should be something you really can carry around in a bag or backpack and use it wherever you want. The 464 in the video would be something like "CPC-without-need-of-PSU" and it is really nice made but it definitely doesn't come close to a "portable" system !
