Prehistorik 2 (Amstrad Plus version) Elmar Krieger, also known as Elmsoft / EGS in the demoscene, was a famous programmer active on Amstrad CPC platform. He created some worth-watching demos (including Chain Demo (http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=27791)), but he is better known for the following games: Zap't'Balls (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Zap't'Balls), Super Cauldron (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Super_Cauldron) and of course Prehistorik 2 (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Prehistorik_2). As a teenager at the time, Prehistorik 2 had notably big impacts on me.
I was definitively curious to know more about him, so I contacted him for an interview and he kindly accepted.

Thanks - looking forward to reading it, should be interesting!
Also interesting would be the fact, if there exist a working disk of the "Chain Demo"...
The overall existing DSK is missing some important data short before the end of the demo :(
Nice interview... thx. :)
funy to see old Gameboy can get Amstrad Ports... :D
thanks for this interview.
too bad the source code was lost.
OMG, for me the best coder!!
you should have asked him why ZTB main game doesn't like my CRTC type 2 although the demo menu runs perfectly on it..
