Do not buy from this supplier

Do not buy from this supplier (Gravitech). I ordered a Power Supply unit at  http://www.gravitech.us/info.html  it is a fraudulent business. DO NOT buy from Gravitech


I only found out after spending only 14USD, I never received the product, and could never reach anyone at either of there email address. My messages went through, as I never got a return to sender notice. I sent messages from several email accounts.  There are no NO phone records for the company on the web or in the white/yellow pages.


PayPal is now on the case, either way I will get my money back!


I ordered my PSU from another supplier who has already delivered!

No worries its all good, I found what I needed elsewhere. besides PayPal ensures that they will get it back. Hey at least I found out and got the word out before too many people paid into these guys.

Yea, when using Paypal you don't have much to worry about anymore in regards of frauds.

I bought something from eBay once that never showed up. So I complained on eBay. Seller then convinced me that the package was on its way and fooled me into canceling the complaint. Silly me. Because when the item still didn't show up, I'd then lost my "right" to complain again.

But I just contacted Paypal and they got my money back regardless within a day or so.

They may be expensive, but I've always found their service great.
