I'm sure i read somewhere that some things in the US are still using Apple II's somewhere or only recently retired them and some of the British Astronomy telescopes still use BBC Micro's.
If it 'aint broke don't fix it.

8in disks? Pah, modern rubbish! They should have stuck with reel to reel tapes.

Surprised that they haven't gone end of life brought on when the manufacturer decided to drop support and force an upgrade.  Maybe trump will press his big red button and send a little message to rocket man before that happens.

Being a Pentagon project I suspect they'd have used Pentodes :D
