There's some info on the Bandcamp page:

"This is a little EP with two songs for a "Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge" like racer on the Plus/4. Unfortunately we ran into a problem - mainly the FPS, as it's all drawn in bitmap mode. So we decided to stop this project."
