Now you know why he always goes against the Speccy whenever it's mentioned.

Looks like a speccy/CGA palette, but I see not attributes clashes, must be a modern russian clone.

but they should have gone for the CPC palette instead of this 3+1bit palette, so it would have some orange and mauve and so on.
