Title: Viper or Terriblefire for CPC accelerators
Post by: zack4mac on 19:45, 20 April 19
I'm sorry for being a newbie with very little knowledge, the only extra devices I owned for the CPC at the time were MP3 TV and a clock radio? I know  there are SD drives and network devices for the CPC like the C64 but are there any accelerators around, Stephen Leary is developing the TF boards for Amiga and now the ST, I get the impression there is no real point on the C64!

Thanks :)

C64 already has a second CPU / accelerator - it's called the 1541  ;) Besides that - there are plenty CPU accelerators for the C64....

Some games to take advantage of SuperCPU - notice DOOM!
