Hi All
ZX Spectrum +2A - Is there a Floppy drive Interface for these Machines ? ?
Links if possible
Thanks. Ray
I use a DivMMC Enjoy with mine...
https://www.bytedelight.com/?product_cat=divmmc-enjoy
it emulates a 'betadisk' system via SD card... I don't think theres a disk system as standardized as the Amstrad systems though, unforunately, so I'm not sure how it's best to connect a REAL floppy
Hi Keith56
Thanks I will have a look at the Divmmc --->
Is tere a Forum that is similar to this one for the ZX Spectrum ?
Thanks. Ray
WOS was the biggest, but they got burned in the whole ZX Vega omnishambles:

Spectrum computing is the phoenix to the ashes of that mess:

I also have a forum for Speccy ASM programming (Shameless plug!)

There was
supposed to be an official disc interface for the +2A which would have allowed you to turn the machine into a +3 (+3DOS is present in the +2A ROMs), but I don't believe it was ever actually released - so only the +3 ever had an official disk drive. There were numerous other interfaces, each with their own DOS, which had varying degrees of success (more so in Russia).
Get a DivIDE2K14 from Lotharek, they cover any Spectrum: https://lotharek.pl/productdetail.php?id=71
