Changing ROM and RSX search sequence in software.

Hello. While working on a couple of projects I needed to move ROMs around. Normally this involves moving physical EEPROMs on a board or moving images around on flash ROM cards. So I've written the attached programs to view and change the ROM/RSX search sequence. They have to be run every time following a reset but it is useful for testing ROM positions before moving the ROMs and for making commands available normally hidden behind other ROMs.

Hope they are useful to someone and please let me know if there are any problems.
