Java Z80Assembler 1.0

Today I got a request about a new standalone Z80 assembler in java.
So I adapted the actual Assembler from JavaCPC as standalone assembler.

It's similar to JavaCPC's assembler but:
- Has no debugger! (Logical)
- No breakpoints!
- No CPC emulation!
- Command NOHEADER replaced: Command HEADER adds a CPC header to the file
- write direct is without function. Just use WRITE "pathtofile\file.bin"
