1993 type-in from 'CPC Infos' magazine.
The program is Listed in the Video.

From the magazine (courtesy of CPCRulez):
"Join the ranks of the glorious programmers of PAK No need to be called Bill Gates to see his routine published in CPC Infos: a little trick and a touch of ingenuity are enough. As always, if you also wish to have your name in the newspaper, send your PAK on paper, K7 or disk to the following address: Editions SORACOM CPC INFOS - PAK La Haie de Pan 35170 Bruz

This PAK allows you to animate a drawing formed from lines. In fact, it's just a combination of flashing colors. You can change the texts of lines 100 (15 letters maximum) and 130 (12 letters maximum)."
