Heat induced insanity. Give it another decade or so of global warming, and you'll experience it on the isles as well.
Oh we're getting it here in Dublin, IE as well. It's preventing me from sleep but it hasn't given me the wokies yet!

About a bearded chick that gets off by dominating some box. Pfff, in Greek mythology it would just be Wednesday.

Thanks! Now I have to clean coffee from my laptop screen!

Hope to see the game soon.
When is it coming out?

p.s. Tempted but afraid to derail the main game discussion, maybe the AI Demons will conquer us all by 2040 and laugh at our petty cultural wars.

Hi,

Just checking your design against actual hardware. I've noticed the two following differences:

1) Just above the T of the AMSTRAD, between the power connector and ic207, there should be an electrolitic capacitor, C136.

2) At the input of the sound amplifiers, C314 is an analytic on all pictures of mainboards I can can find, but it's a small ceramic on your project. Far less important than the previous one, I agree.

The Lambo is beautiful in every color, but not every color matches to the rest of cover elements.

A breath of fresh air in a world of scrollers, plasma and dots! Well done!

It will anyway be noticeable as you won't be able to recreate the surface structure of the CPC.

Anthracite grey is what I usually use for expansion cases. Imho it sometimes looks even better if the expansion case has a slightly different colour from the CPC. And for internal GOTEK replacements I even vote for black colour as it looks weird if the drive bay is covered in a similar colour to the rest of the case.

Thank you, that was really useful. I see that antracite grey is not particularly close and that's unfortunate because that RAL is very easy to find ready made while the other RALs have to be ordered :(  I may still give a try to antracite and see how it looks - a can for plastics costs only 5 euros.

Quote from: cwpab on Yesterday at 15:17can you name a movie set in Mars where gravity is 0.38G?

At least he could jump very high because of the low gravity ;D
