I'd like to organise my files better, now that I can afford as many "discs" as I like :-)

What's the best way to copy files between between two DSK images?

Ideally I'd do it on the Amstrad while the disc images are both in the Gotek.

Thanks.

In the past I've used Nirvana by Goldmark systems to copy files between discs.

I usually do that on the PC with an emulator if I need to rearrange files. Drag & Drop between CPC image and PC hard disk.

I've used ManageDsk.exe on PC for that. https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/ManageDsk
There's also commandline iDSK. https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/IDSK

If you insist on doing it on CPC, then a copy app like Amsback De Luxe will do it. https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Amsback_De_Luxe
Do you need music for your Amstrad CPC game project?
Take a look at IndieGameMusic.com - that's where I put my tracks.

JL-Copy (more specifically, the JL-F128 program) is my utility of choice for this purpose.

I'll look into all these, thanks. ManageDsk seems good.

Which emulator lets you rearrange files? The emulator I've been using is RVM and I don't think it lets you do that.

Yes, ManageDSK is a must-have !

Very user-friendly. I use it everytime.  ;)
