Title: Diode replacement on 6128 v3
Post by: brochi on 09:44, 06 May 20
Hello, I found a problem with my 6128 v3 with Z80330 motherboard. I discover a small area well oxidized, a diode is even invaded with rust and its neighbor follows it closely. Scratching this rust I realize that the D302 diode (especially one pin) is actually completely devoured and cut. According to the technical manual these diodes are 1S2472 and I wanted to know if I could replace them with 1N4148 that I have in stock. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's a general purpose signal diode, 1N4148 will do fine as a replacement.

Bryce.
