I'm looking for filament which is most similar to the original Amstrad case colors. Does someone have a recommendation which colors are most similar to the CPC and Plus range?
For CPC some kind of coal/anthracite might fit well but for the Plus I'm not sure, which one to use. Light grey is no great fit.

I don't know of one, but there are probably some online apps that can tell you the RAL number of the colour by uploading a picture. Most filament suppliers can match the exact RAL.

that probably needs a colour calibration chart. The colour in a picture will be different if taken in sunlight vs. cloudy sky vs. LED lamps.

sure, sometimes that's fine, but for some use cases, I prefer to have it as close as possible. E.g. for a Gotek mount, I would prefer that it matches the Amstrad case colour as close as possible.

It is always good a idea to be as close as to the original.
However there is thingiverse STL to 3D print a gotek mount in the same colour.

So you could use a metalic blue for the main case with a bright red gotek case..... That would be a wild combination.

Is the Amstrad Plus case color similar/identical to any other computer system? For Atari / Amiga / C64C the RAL codes are known. If one of those case colours is (almost) identical, that could help to identify the right filament.
