Zap't'Balls was released by [[Elmsoft]] in 1992, and is a conversion of the arcade game [[Pang]]. [[Elmsoft]], who was an experienced coder of the demoscene used a lot of effects and tricks from the CPC scene demoscene to polish up this game. The game itself is known in two version: as "Zap't'Balls" that was originally released as a kind of a game demo on the coverdisc of the german CPC magazine [[CPCAI]] and as "Zap't'Balls Advanced Edition", the complete version with a lot of different levels. The Advanced Edition also contained an intro that originally was planned as [[Elmsoft]]s part for the [[Cuddly Demo]]. It was told that [[Elmsoft]] promised a sequel if nobody would crack his game. Only a few weeks after the release of Zap't'Balls the french cracker [[Chany]] of [[NPS]] spreaded the copy of the game.
