Well, people, we've seen that Leonie started the same crap just as she/he joined us again. So I'm asking you, especially you who voiced opinions for the unbanning, why on earth should we keep that member here?

It's obviously a disturbed individual we're talking about here, who has cause problems in other fora too.

For those who want to keep on flirting with a guy who poses as a woman, I could maybe allow her to only post in the Off Topic section... maybe.

Das hat übrigens nichts mit Spionage zu tun, sondern dient der Sicherheit eines Forums. Solltest du Dich ungesetzlich verhalten, oder der Admin von seinem Hausrecht gebrauchen machen müssen, erfährst du das für gewöhnlich von einem Anwalt. Sowas gab es in der Vergangenheit des Forum genau zweimal und es hat zweimal funktioniert. Du bist extrem auffällig geworden, was deine Ausdrucksweise und das realtiv gewalttätige Profil angeht. Bei "Leichen aufschneiden" hört jeder Spaß in der Öffentlichkeit auf. Ich bin hier nicht der Richter, allerdings hab ich es dir zwischen den Zeilen mitgeteilt was los ist. Du hast den Ernst aber nicht verstanden.
Wie auch immer, das hier ist ein anderes Forum, allerdings würde ich grundsätzlich mal überdenken, ob Du nicht anders auftreten solltest, denn an der fachlichen Kompetenz deinerseits und der intelligenten Bildung scheint kaum Zweifel zu bestehen. Du hast ja scheinbar schon was auf dem Kasten, aber machst hier nicht wesentlich was draus. Ich finde sowas schade, wenn sich ein halbwegs gebildeter Mensch zu sowas hinreissen lässt. Es ist weder cool noch irgendwo sinnvoll. Foren sind nicht dazu da um irgendwelchen Schaden anzurichten oder den Ritter / Held gegenüber eines "verfeindeten" Computers zu mimen.

Der Konflikt C-64 / CPC ist so Asbach uralt, daß es einen Bart hat. Wir leben im Jahr 2010 und hier kennt nahezu jeder jeden und die meisten kennen sich hier sogar persönlich aus dem RL. Die 8 Bit Familie ist international nur sehr klein und der harte Kern kennt sich.

Wenn jemand jetzt partout auffällt durch Gewalt, Stänkereien oder auch extremes Auftreten in Fachforen, dann darf man sich nicht wundern, wenn irgendwann die Keule zurückhaut.
Sicher kann man sich jederzeit neu registrieren nach einem Permabann, gesetztlich gesehen ist das allerdings Hausfriedensbruch, darüber gibts Urteile.

Ich hab die grosse, grosse Hoffnung das hinter Leonie ein gutes Herz steckt, welches kompetent und intelligent ist. Und evtl. kannst du ja eine Menge zum 8-Bit Bereich beitragen. Fachliche Diskussionen und Erfahrungsaustausch ist ein grosses Gut. Und hier steckt eine Menge geballtes, weltweites Wissen hinter den Menschen.

Ferner appelliere ich einfach mal an Dich und würde mich freuen wenn alles anders kommt als man denkt. Frechheit siegt nicht immer und die Weisheit hat auch niemand mit Löffeln gefressen. Ich glaub einfach an das Gute in Dir.

Ja, der Kampf der Titanen C64/CPC hat einen Bart bis nach Babylon.
Aber noch immer steckt dieser Impetus in mir, den die meisten Menschen verlieren, wenn sie älter werden!
Es ist mir halt noch immer wichtig!
Auf Kultboy hatte ich herrliche Diskussionen mit einigen Mitgliedern, vor allem mit dem bösen Retro-Nerd, meinem Erzfeind!
Wenn Retro-Nerd über Zynaps sagte, es sei eine "CPC-Ruckelorgie", tat mir das weh wie eine Axt im Kopf! Aber hätte mir das nicht weh getan, dann hätten diese wirklich spannenden Diskussionen nie stattgefunden. Denn wenn ein Thema nicht mehr wichtig ist, dann kommen nur noch seichte Diskussionen zustande.

Zum Thema Leichen aufschneiden und auffälliges Verhalten:
Ich möchte nicht selten die Leute einfach nur unterhalten - einige ausgetrocknete Zeitgenossen nehmen das aber nicht zu jeder Tageszeit als Unterhaltung wahr.


BTW:
Neben dem sagenhaften Retro-Nerd grüße ich an dieser Stelle noch meine zweite große Liebe, nämlich Herr Planetfall - ein toller Mensch mit einer tollen Mischung aus ernst und lustig.

I'm not that against pseudo Rude stuff, but this must keep a "kidding/joking" aspect...

And we know the limit is not clear and subject to variations from individuals to individuals...

also the Fact it is written... thus the facial language or the accentuations of the speech non existant.
And those are very important when you discuss and use Iront/jokes and so on...or not...

It's interresting that you mention 1984 here... to explain: I've seen that movie (the original in english for sure just a couple of days ago. Sometimes I ask myself if people today know "1984" at all... because todays situation in reality is even worse. But this is now offtopic here...

Coming back to the point/thread... I agree with you about 1984 and I also think about the old hacker ethic "the free flow of information". Who tells us how this "information" must look like? Do we need somebody to tell us... or are our heads big enough to have own thoughts?

About banning and so on... (and all questions of the universe)... IMHO the best way is always the golden middle way.

If this Retro-Nerd says that Zynaps is bucking, then someone should cut off his balls! I'll eat his liver!!! A fight for the CPC is always in gods will - disregarding the used means (and disregarding the appropriate god). It's a holy mission! If I get banned for eating a liver (of someone who is reviling the CPC) then I will be proud about this! 


BTW: Never eat brains of c64 users! They are not tasty and they are very hard to find, because of their size
