I looked for the town in Google Maps expecting a couple of shitty houses, and found a nice place with little streets and unique bridges and ramps.haha awesome finding, perhaps an inspiration for your next game?
And the current temperature in the town itself, outside your cave, is 31ºC max instead of the 42ºC some Spanish cities are having these days. Must be the mountains!
There's another one in Guadix, a much bigger town that reaches 37ºC these days, that none of us could buy: €450K, but it's cool to look at because it's a freaking cave mansion. It's graphic adventure material, if possible of the 1st person 2D type.

It doesn't matter if your new PSU can supply 4A at 5v when the oxidised connectors and connections in the CPC immediately drop half a volt before getting to any ICs. A CPC will be far happier when fed with 5.3V, even if it's only 1A.i noticed this too... even with a brand new (recreated) 464 board and brand new power connectors, voltage getting to the chips was always dropping half a volt or more as soon as it hit the board (using external 5v/2A wall wart..a good one!..and no access to an original monitor)... i used a bench power supply set at 1.5A (highest ive seen it pull with 3 expansions on a MX4 expansion board was only 1.2A), and then adjusted the voltage until the z80 read close to 5v on a multimeter... the voltage on the PSU and power jack was up around the 5.6v range...
